IRCON corporate office in New Delhi has workgroup local area networks of 100 nodes spread over four floors. IRCON has five servers running Email, Web Services and various MIS applications. IRCON operates its web site as well as its corporate Intranet on NT based servers. The messaging system is based on Lotus Domino and the database used is SQL Server. IRCON is connected to Internet over a 64 kbps leased line link with VSNL. The corporate office is connected to project offices using various combinations of remote access that include Dial-up RAS, ISDN RAS, and VPN.

The IRCON network, messaging system and Intranet was designed and implemented by ENS and is being supported by a team of two resident engineers. The services provided include system, network and email administration, Database administration, maintenance of network, maintenance of IRCON Intranet and web site.
