The Ministry of Family Welfare has an IT Infrastructure that consists of more than 200 Desktop PCs, printers and other equipment operating in networking as well as standalone mode.

Since 1999, ENS has been providing equipment maintenance services and client support for the entire IT setup at the Ministry with two on-site engineers.
