IRCON International Ltd., a global construction company commissioned ENS to develop its Enterprise wise finance and human resource system. Various modules of this system are:

Accounts :
This module is meant for planning and maintenance of records for finance related activities, day books, ledgers, balance sheet and trial balance. The module has facility for consolidation of accounts across all the project offices of IRCON.

Payroll :
This module is meant for maintenance of records of salary of employees and payroll processing. The module has facilities for tax computation and deduction and also employees provident fund management.

Human Resource :
This module is a corporate human resource management system that maintains the personal, professional and educational information of all the employees. The module also tracks the employee movement skill acquisition. The module generates dynamic queries and statistics.

The tools/platforms used for Enterprise MIS are as follows:

• Visual FoxPro Front-end on Win 95/98/NT platforms. FoxPro as database on NT server. The software also has a stand-alone version for project offices.
